Ahmed Souare of
Loganville leads Georgia high school football in receiving yardage. See the complete list of the top 50 receivers in the state below.
Souare leads the state with 1,247 yards and has scored 15 touchdowns. The junior averages 20.1 yards per catch and has gone over 100 receiving yards in four straight games, including a 290-yard, four touchdown performance in a 51-50 win over Clarke Central on Oct. 5.
Senior
Judson Petty of
North Murray (Chatsworth) sits in second with 1,018 receiving yards. Not only has Petty had five games with at least 100 receiving yards but he also has two games with more than 100 rushing yards. Petty has more than 1,500 all-purpose yards this season for the 7-2 Mountaineers.
Cameran Loyd of
Walton (Marietta) is also on the list with 898 receiving yards. The past two weeks the senior has caught six touchdowns for the No. 14 squad in the nation.
