Lorenzo Nunez has been named player of the year. "Lorenzo Nunez, QB, was the best offensive and defensive player on the team. In a tough region (4-6a) he dominated the game by running the football. Many coaches will tell you that they had no players that could catch him in the open field. Harrison averaged 30.3 points per game and many times Lorenzo would single handedly win the game, as he did against Hillgrove this year by taking the team 80 yards in 47 seconds and scoring the 2 point conversion for a 43-42 win with .9 seconds left. He was selected captains by his peers and had great leadership this year. Due to injuries on defense, he also played most of the game at corner against Kennesaw Mountain and Hillgrove, forcing a fumble against Hillgrove and made many big plays. He often made audiles to put are offense in a better position by changing the play. He accounted for 1,996 yards of offense and 16 touch downs, which was 53% of the offense.
