January 6, 2023: New Milford, PA 18834 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Blue Ridge Raiders (New Milford, PA) and the visiting Mountain View Eagles (Kingsley, PA), saw Blue Ridge's basketball squad wallop Mountain View by a tally of 74-50.
With the victory, Blue Ridge improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Elk Lake (Dimock, PA) to confront the Warriors in a Lackawanna 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Elk Lake lost 59-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Old Forge (Old Forge, PA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Forest City Foresters (Forest City, PA) in a Lackawanna 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Mountain View will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Foresters come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 84-37 league win over Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA).
