The Blue Ridge Raiders basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Mountain View Eagles to 59 in the Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elk Lake for a Lackawanna 4 contest on Friday, February 3. Blue Ridge will battle a Warriors team coming off a 68-40 non-league loss to Old Forge (Old Forge, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-9.

The Eagles (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Forest City (Forest City, PA). The Foresters enter the Lackawanna 4 contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Forest City triumphed over Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA), 55-34, in a league contest.
