Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Forest City trounces Mountain View
January 10, 2023: Kingsley, PA 18826 The Forest City Foresters (Forest City, PA) basketball crushed the host Mountain View Eagles (Kingsley, PA), 64-34 in Tuesday's league test.
The Foresters (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Mid Valley (Throop, PA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Mid Valley was trounced by Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA), 59-47, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Montrose for a Lackawanna 4 test on Friday, January 13. Mountain View will encounter a Meteors squad coming off a 50-39 non-league win over Susquehanna Township (Harrisburg, PA). The Meteors record now stands at 3-6.
