Nevada High School Basketball - Reed overwhelms Galena

The Reed Raiders basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Galena Grizzlies to 30 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Spanish Springs for a 4A Northern game on Monday, January 13. Reed will confront a Cougars team coming off a 63-29 league win over McQueen (Reno, NV). The Cougars record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Galena falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV) to confront the Mustangs in a 4A Northern game on Monday, January 13. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 2-13. Damonte Ranch lost 47-35 in their recent league game against Douglas (Minden, NV)
