North Carolina High School Basketball - Greater Cabarrus Stallions topples North Charlotte

January 13, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28214

In Friday's league outing, the Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC) basketball squad beat the host North Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 59-40.

The Stallions (15-4) will now prepare for their outing against South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC). The Thunder go into the North Carolina Home Education - West outing with a 12-8 record. In their last outing, South Charlotte Thunder defeated Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC), 80-37, in a league outing.

The Lions now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Asheville Trailblazers for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 21.
