The Galena Grizzlies basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Reno Huskies to 63 in the Grizzlies league triumph on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies now have a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Manogue for a 4A Northern game on Friday, January 17. Galena will confront a Miners team coming off a 58-38 league win over Reed (Sparks, NV). The Miners record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Reno falls to 12-6 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV) to confront the Cougars in a 4A Northern game on Friday, January 17. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 13-4. Spanish Springs won 63-41 in their recent league game against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV)
