The Nature Coast Tech Sharks basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Weeki Wachee Hornets to 52 in the Sharks league victory on Tuesday.

The Sharks now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springstead for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Nature Coast Tech will battle a Eagles team coming off a 68-64 non-league loss to Central (Brooksville, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 10-7.

The Hornets (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Fivay (Hudson, FL). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Fivay edged Anclote (Holiday, FL), 83-46, in a non-league contest.
