In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL) basketball squad felled the visiting Nature Coast Tech Sharks (Brooksville, FL), by a margin of 47-35.

The Leopards (8-9) will now prepare for their outing against Citrus (Inverness, FL). The Hurricanes go into the non-league outing with a 2-10 record.

The Sharks now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host River Ridge for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 11. Nature Coast Tech will clash with a Royal Knights squad coming off a 69-37 non-league loss to Excel Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL). The Royal Knights record now stands at 3-9.
