The Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) basketball crushed the host Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), 87-60 in Thursday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they travel to South Iredell for a 4A Greater Metro bout on Friday, January 17. Lake Norman will play a Vikings team coming off a 73-60 league loss to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, Cox Mill falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to play the Ragin' Bulls in a 4A Greater Metro bout on Friday, January 17.
