January 20, 2023: Huntersville, NC 28078

The Lake Norman Charter Knights basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings to 50 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carson for a 3A Conference 48 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Lake Norman Charter will meet a Cougars team coming off a 79-26 league loss to West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-16.

The Vikings (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders enter the 3A Conference 48 contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Concord was nudged by East Rowan (Salisbury, NC), 53-20, in a league contest.
