Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Millington Central Trojans (Millington, TN) and the visiting Covington Chargers (Covington, TN), saw Millington Central's basketball squad wallop Covington by a tally of 77-51.

With the victory, Millington Central improves its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Trojans host Craigmont (Memphis, TN) to play the Chiefs in a 3A District 15 challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 1-12. Craigmont lost 71-52 in their recent league challenge against Raleigh-Egypt (Memphis, TN)

Next up, the Chargers play the Brighton Cardinals (Brighton, TN) in a 3A District 15 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Covington will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 79-53 league loss to Munford (Munford, TN).
