The Millington Central Trojans basketball team (Millington, TN), dropped 84-65 in Friday's league battle with the host Munford Cougars (Munford, TN)

The Cougars now possess a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Covington for a 3A District 15 contest on Tuesday, January 16. Munford will meet a Chargers team coming off a 54-40 non-league loss to Bolivar Central (Bolivar, TN). The Chargers record now stands at 3-11.

The Trojans (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Craigmont (Memphis, TN). The Chiefs enter the 3A District 15 contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Craigmont ran past Brighton (Brighton, TN), 53-49, in a league contest.
