Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Glendale knocked off by Mount Union
January 27, 2023: Mount Union, PA 17066 The Mount Union Trojans basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Glendale Vikings to 47 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moshannon Valley for a Moshannon Valley contest on Tuesday, January 31. Mount Union will meet a Black Knights/Damsels team coming off a 73-63 league loss to Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA). The Black Knights/Damsels record now stands at 0-15.
The Vikings (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against West Branch (Morrisdale, PA). The Warriors enter the Moshannon Valley contest with a 11-5 record. In their last contest, West Branch ran past Harmony Area (Westover, PA), 79-73, in a league contest.
