In Friday's league match, the visiting Western Branch Bruins basketball team scored a good 71-61 triumph over the Great Bridge Wildcats.

In their next game, the Bruins meet the Highland Springs Springers (Highland Springs, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 28.
