Virginia High School Basketball - Grassfield holds off Western Branch
February 17, 2023: Chesapeake, VA 23321 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) and the host Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA), saw Grassfield's basketball squad hold off Western Branch by a tally of 71-67.
With the victory, Grassfield improves its record to 11-12 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 20. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 21-1. Oscar Smith won 62-59 in their recent league challenge against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA)
