Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), 74-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Corvian Community upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Cardinals host Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 10-10. Bradford Prep lost 57-42 in their recent league bout against Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) in a 1A Conference 38 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Sugar Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Stallions go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 69-35 league win over Cabarrus Charter (Concord, NC).
