Maryland High School Basketball - North Point beaten by Chopticon

In Wednesday's league match, the host Chopticon Braves basketball team scored a good 66-52 triumph over the North Point Eagles.

In their next game, the Braves meet the Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) in a Southern Maryland match, on Friday, February 2. Chopticon will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Chargers enter the match with a 10-7 record after their 59-46 league loss to Thomas Stone (Waldorf, MD).

With the defeat, North Point moves to 6-9 on the year. The Eagles host Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD) to meet the Raiders in a Southern Maryland match on Friday, February 2.
