South Dakota High School Basketball - Custer fells Hot Springs
February 2, 2023: Hot Springs, SD 57747 Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Hot Springs Bison (Hot Springs, SD), 44-33 in a league bout.
With the win, Custer upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD) to clash with the Broncs in a A Region 8 bout on Saturday, February 4. The Broncs go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Belle Fourche won 62-34 in their recent non-league bout against Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD)
Next up, the Bison clash with the Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD) in a A Region 8 bout, on Saturday, February 4. Hot Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 40-32 non-league win over Newell (Newell, SD).
