In Wednesday's league test, the Northwest Halifax Vikings (Littleton, NC) basketball squad got by the visiting Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC), by a score of 75-70.

Next, the Vikings encounter the North Edgecombe Warriors (Tarboro, NC) in a 1A Tar Roanoke test, on Friday, February 7. Northwest Halifax will attempt to improve on its 10-9 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 9-9 record after their 83-56 league loss to Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC).
