North Carolina High School Basketball - Hickory Ridge nips West Cabarrus

February 10, 2023: Harrisburg, NC 28075

Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC), 64-57 in a league bout.

With the win, Hickory Ridge upgrades its record to 15-7 on the season. The Ragin' Bulls host South Iredell (Statesville, NC) to play the Vikings in a 4A Conference 57 bout on Monday, February 13. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 2-21. South Iredell lost 78-48 in their recent league bout against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a 4A Conference 57 bout, on Monday, February 13. West Cabarrus will attempt to upgrade on its 13-9 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 14-10 record after their 80-75 league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC).
