Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) and the host Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC), saw Hickory Ridge's basketball squad knock off Porter Ridge by a count of 69-57.

With the victory, Hickory Ridge upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Ragin' Bulls travel to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Northwest Cabarrus lost 67-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Robinson (Concord, NC)

Next up, the Pirates play the Lincoln Charter Eagles (Denver, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Porter Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 85-83 non-league loss to West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC).
