The Lisle Lions basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Wilmington Wildcats to 52 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 15-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hiawatha for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 11.

The Wildcats (12-12) will now prepare for their contest against Peotone (Peotone, IL). The Blue Devils enter the Illinois Central 8 contest with a 14-14 record. In their last contest, Peotone was nudged by Manteno (Manteno, IL), 45-34, in a league contest.
