Delaware High School Basketball - Middletown fells Appoquinimink
February 10, 2024: West Middletown, DE 19709 Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE), 98-87 in a league bout.
With the win, Middletown upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Woodbridge (Bridgeville, DE) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 10. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Woodbridge lost 69-50 in their recent league bout against Lake Forest (Felton, DE)
Next up, the Jaguars clash with the Delcastle Technical Cougars (Wilmington, DE) in a Blue Hen Flight - A bout, on Wednesday, February 14. Appoquinimink will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 47-38 league loss to William Penn (New Castle, DE).
