South Dakota High School Basketball - Lennox tops Beresford
February 14, 2023: Beresford, SD 57004 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lennox Orioles (Lennox, SD) and the host Beresford Watchdogs (Beresford, SD), saw Lennox's basketball squad knock off Beresford by a tally of 71-52.
With the victory, Lennox improves its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Orioles host Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD) to play the Quarriers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 17. The Quarriers come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Dell Rapids lost 79-63 in their recent non-league challenge against Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD)
Next up, the Watchdogs play the Wagner Red Raiders (Wagner, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 20. Beresford will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 60-54 league loss to Platte/Geddes (Platte, SD).
