The Oakland Mills Scorpions basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Mt. Hebron Vikings to 46 in the Scorpions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Scorpions now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Reservoir for a Howard County contest on Thursday, February 17. Oakland Mills will meet a 'Gators team coming off a 60-52 league loss to River Hill (Clarksville, MD). The 'Gators record now stands at 5-6.

The Vikings (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD). The enter the Howard County contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Marriotts Ridge was defeated by Long Reach (Columbia, MD), 71-51, in a league contest.
