February 28, 2023: Maple Grove, MN 55369 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Maple Grove Crimson (Maple Grove, MN) and the visiting Rogers Royals (Rogers, MN), saw Maple Grove's basketball squad wallop Rogers by a tally of 80-56.
With the victory, Maple Grove improves its record to 19-6 on the campaign. The Crimson host Park Center (Brooklyn Park, MN) to confront the Pirates in a AAAA Section 5 challenge on Friday, March 3. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 23-1. Park Center won 79-65 in their recent league challenge against Osseo (Osseo, MN)
Next up, the Royals confront the Spring Lake Park Panthers (Spring Lake Park, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 3. Rogers will attempt to improve on its 7-16 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 8-17 record after their 75-68 non-league win over Anoka (Anoka, MN).
