March 25, 2025: Seth, WV 25181 The Sherman Tide (Seth, WV) baseball trounced the visiting Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV), 13-3 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Tide now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mingo Central for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27. Sherman will clash with a Miners team coming off a 6-5 league loss to WestSide (Clear Fork, WV). The Miners record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, Capital drops to 1-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to South Charleston (South Charleston, WV) to clash with the Black Eagles in a Mountain State challenge on Monday, March 31. The Black Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
