The Wes-Del Warriors baseball squad (Gaston, IN), was overwhelmed 17-1 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN)

With the triumph, Monroe Central moves its record to 6-6 on the season. The Golden Bears host Adams Central (Monroe, IN) to confront the Flying Jets in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 26. The Flying Jets come into the contest with a record of 4-5. Adams Central won 13-1 in their recent league contest against Southern Wells (Poneto, IN)

The Warriors now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, April 25. Wes-Del will confront a Lions squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN). The Lions record now stands at 1-4.
