The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Central Chargers (Macon, GA) and the host Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA), observed Central's softball team prevail over Northeast by a tally of 12-3.

The Chargers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Windsor Academy (Macon, GA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Windsor Academy was routed by Gatewood (Eatonton, GA), 13-4, in a non-league contest.

The Raiders now hold a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Dodge County for a 1A D-I Region 2 contest on Thursday, September 4. Northeast will face a Indians squad coming off a 18-3 league win over Jefferson County (Louisville, GA). The Indians record now stands at 3-6.
