Mississippi High School Volleyball - Northwest Rankin overwhelmed by Brandon

September 2, 2025: Brandon, MS 39232

The Brandon Bulldogs topped the host Northwest Rankin Cougars volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Petal Panthers (Petal, MS) in a Class 7A Region 3 game, on Thursday, September 4. Brandon will attempt to better on its 19-4 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 12-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Pearl (Pearl, MS).

With the loss, Northwest Rankin drops to 9-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Meridian (Meridian, MS) to play the Wildcats in a Class 7A Region 3 outing on Thursday, September 4. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 5-7. Meridian lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Oak Grove (Hattiesburg, MS)
