Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL) and the visiting Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL), saw Bloom's basketball squad wallop Rich Township by a tally of 73-49.

With the victory, Bloom improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Blazing Trojan host Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL) to confront the Griffins in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Griffins come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Lincoln-Way East won 56-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Teutopolis (Teutopolis, IL)

Next up, the Raptors confront the Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) in a Southland challenge, on Friday, January 13. Rich Township will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Kays come into the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 62-52 league win over Crete-Monee (Crete, IL).
