The Princeton Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Sherman Bearcats to 34 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McKinney North for a 5A Region II District 10 contest on Tuesday, January 18. Princeton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 50-49 league win over Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 23-1.

The Bearcats (7-17) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Hill (Frisco, TX). The Blue Hawks enter the 5A Region II District 10 contest with a 12-13 record.
