California High School Basketball - Ygnacio Valley tipped by McClymonds

January 14, 2023: Concord, CA 94518

The McClymonds Warriors basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Ygnacio Valley Wolves to 48 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Albany for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. McClymonds will meet a Cougars team coming off a 60-56 league win over El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 9-9.

The Wolves (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Eagles enter the Diablo - Valley contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Berean Christian nudged Lick-Wilmerding (San Francisco, CA), 58-55, in a non-league contest.
