The Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) basketball felled the visiting Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV), 54-43 in Saturday's league test.

The Mustangs (8-8) will now prepare for their test against West Wendover (West Wendover, NV). The Wolverines go into the 2A Northern test with a 8-6 record.

The Lions now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Incline for a 2A Northern test on Friday, January 20.
