The Minneapolis Southwest Lakers topped the host Edison Tommies basketball team by a final score of 75-60 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Lakers face the Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks (New Hope, MN) in a AAAA Section 6 game, on Monday, January 17. Minneapolis Southwest will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record.
