Utah High School Basketball - Mountain Ridge over Copper Hills

January 16, 2024: Herriman, UT 84096

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT) and the visiting Copper Hills Grizzlies (West Jordan, UT), saw Mountain Ridge's basketball squad overcome Copper Hills by a tally of 80-70.

With the victory, Mountain Ridge improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Sentinels travel to Bingham (South Jordan, UT) to confront the Miners in a 6A Region 2 challenge on Friday, January 19. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Bingham won 75-61 in their recent league challenge against Riverton (Riverton, UT)

Next up, the Grizzlies confront the Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT) in a 6A Region 2 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Copper Hills will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 51-46 league win over Herriman (West Herriman, UT).
