The Copper Hills Grizzlies basketball team (West Jordan, UT), was overwhelmed 68-47 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT)

The Chargers now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain Ridge for a 6A Region 2 battle on Tuesday, January 23. Corner Canyon will battle a Sentinels team coming off a 64-62 league win over Bingham (South Jordan, UT). The Sentinels record now stands at 7-9.

The Grizzlies (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Riverton (Riverton, UT). The Silverwolves come into the 6A Region 2 battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Riverton was overwhelmed by Herriman (West Herriman, UT), 96-93, in a league battle.
