The Gwynn Park Yellowjackets basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Largo Lions to 60 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Douglass for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest on Thursday, January 19. Gwynn Park will battle a Eagles team coming off a 72-66 league loss to Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 7-8.
