The Gwynn Park Yellowjackets basketball team scored 75 points and held the host Friendly Patriots to 20 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglass for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest on Friday, December 16. Gwynn Park will meet a Eagles team coming off a 53-50 league win over Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.

The Patriots (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD). The Hornets enter the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 2-1 record.
