The Fairmont Heights Hornets (Capitol Heights, MD) basketball crushed the host Friendly Patriots (Fort Washington, MD), 73-32 in Friday's league test.

The Hornets (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles go into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Douglass walloped North Point (Waldorf, MD), 50-34, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Eastern for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 28.
