In Tuesday's league outing, the Vela Sabercats (Edinburg, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX), by a count of 64-24.

The Sabercats (22-4) will now prepare for their outing against Valley View (Pharr, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A Region IV District 31 outing with a 1-13 record.
