Delaware High School Basketball - Polytech fells Sussex Tech
January 19, 2023: Georgetown, DE 19947 Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sussex Tech Ravens (Georgetown, DE), 67-50 in a league bout.
With the win, Polytech upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE) to clash with the Riders in a Henlopen - Northern bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Riders go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Caesar Rodney won 66-50 in their recent non-league bout against Milford (Milford, DE)
Next up, the Ravens clash with the Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) in a Henlopen - Northern bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Sussex Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 62-60 league win over Dover (Dover, DE).
