Delaware High School Basketball - Polytech nudges Milford
January 3, 2023: Milford, DE 19963 Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Milford Buccaneers (Milford, DE), 67-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Polytech upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE) to clash with the Golden Knights in a Henlopen - Northern bout on Thursday, January 5. The Golden Knights go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Sussex Central lost 62-42 in their recent league bout against Dover (Dover, DE)
Next up, the Buccaneers clash with the Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 59-41 league win over Smyrna (Smyrna, DE).
