The Sussex Central Golden Knights basketball team (Georgetown, DE), dropped 77-67 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE)

The Panthers now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caesar Rodney for a Henlopen - Northern battle on Tuesday, January 10. Polytech will battle a Riders team coming off a 71-66 league win over Smyrna (Smyrna, DE). The Riders record now stands at 3-6.
