January 19, 2023: Almont, MI 48003 The Almont Raiders (Almont, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting Algonac Muskrats (Algonac, MI), 37-28 in Thursday's league test.
The Raiders (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Clio (Clio, MI). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Clio went down by Owosso (Owosso, MI), 54-38, in a league test.
The Muskrats now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Austin Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Algonac will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 39-32 non-league win over Farber Hebrew Day (Southfield, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 4-6.
