Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Iowa Valley Tigers (Marengo, IA) and the visiting Tri-County Trojans (Thornburg, IA), saw Iowa Valley's basketball squad knock off Tri-County by a tally of 49-36.

With the victory, Iowa Valley improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Keota (Keota, IA) to play the Eagles in a South Iowa Cedar challenge on Tuesday, January 24.
