The Horizon Huskies basketball team (Scottsdale, AZ), dropped 80-67 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ)

The Wolves now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Notre Dame Prep for a 5A Northeast Valley battle on Wednesday, January 25. Desert Mountain will confront a Saints team coming off a 83-80 league win over Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ). The Saints record now stands at 18-3.

The Huskies (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ). The Firebirds come into the 5A Northeast Valley battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, Chaparral beat Cactus Shadows (Cave Creek, AZ), 64-60, in a league battle.
