In Friday's league match, the host Desert Mountain Wolves basketball team scored a decisive 67-33 triumph over the Horizon Huskies.

In their next game, the Wolves meet the Mesa Jackrabbits (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 8. Desert Mountain will attempt to better on its 22-4 season record. The Jackrabbits enter the match with a 20-6 record after their 99-37 league win over Skyline (Mesa, AZ).
